Vacant Property Insurance
Vacant Properties can get tricky, once a tenant moves out or your builder’s risk – rehab is completed many insurance policies have a vacancy clause that can limit, raise the deductible or even exclude/deny coverage if the property has been vacant for 30 or more days. *We have insurance policies for this*
Builder’s Risk/Renovation Insurance
Just like Rental Property / Landlord Insurance there are different coverage options available during the construction or renovation of the property. Most policies are on a “Basic Form” providing some of the larger coverages like Fire and Premises or General Liability but limiting or excluding options like Theft and Water.
